We Are Not a Reform School
Youth Military Coalition is not a reform or corrective program. We do not force change, nor do we accept individuals who are unwilling to be trained.
Participation in YMC is voluntary and earned. Every warrior must personally choose discipline, growth, and responsibility and be willing to submit to standards.
True change cannot be imposed.
It only occurs when an individual decides to rise.

The Youth Military Coalition (YMC) prepares youth age 9-14 to lead with honor, vision, and purpose. We combine military discipline and leadership with entrepreneurial skills, developing warriors with the mindset of both a soldier and a CEO.
Through mentorship, real-world training, and character development, we empower students to command their future and succeed in life, service, and business.
FOUNDER & CHIEF COMMANDER
Tybias Butler
Tybias enlisted in the U.S. Army on November 2, 2007, driven by a deep commitment to safeguard our nation. Following his service in a combat zone, he transitioned to become a drill sergeant in the infantry, embarking on a transformative journey as a leader. Having imparted knowledge and leadership to thousands of Soldiers and civilians, Tybias Butler, recognized and decorated by the United States Army Sergeant Major, garnered numerous awards during his distinguished military career. Upon retiring, he founded YMC, driven by the vision of inspiring, educating, and empowering the youth to emerge as exceptional leaders capable of effecting positive change in themselves, their organizations, and their communities. Tybias's extensive war experience, leadership background, and martial arts training uniquely qualify him as an outstanding educator, leader, and soldier.
